"As a realtor and investor, I have used Spencer Restoration for various cleaning services. They really can do it all! Since meeting them we have done rental turnover cleans, new listing cleans, post construction cleans, unit trash outs, and restoring a cat/hoarder apartment unit. I didn't think there was any saving that place, but their team made short work of getting all the carpet and trim out and getting it spick and span. "The crew was very communicative and did an excellent job. We had a few pieces of furniture with severe stains that they needed to go back over and reclean. They were very responsive, they listened to us and they took our feedback with haste and corrected the furniture.
